For example, gender discrimination can have racism and other prejudices embedded into it. Women at the intersection of multiple oppressions face intersectional gender-inequality. Intersectional gender-inequality is analogous to a massively tiered cake. The BIWoC (Black, Indigenous, & Women of Colour) tier faces a higher degree of discrimination as a result of this intersectionality.
